Maria Valencia is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 25 years of industry experience. She has spearheaded business development initiatives for prominent ACOs, MSOs, health plans, TPAs, health technology firms, and provider groups of various sizes, including FQHCs. Her expertise encompasses mergers and acquisitions, contracting, population health management, value-based care, strategic planning, patient engagement, brokerage, and CMS programs. Maria holds a Juris Doctor, an MBA, and a Master’s in Healthcare Law from Nova Southeastern University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. In addition, she has served as an advisor to multiple health start-up companies, leveraging her innovative strategies and dedication to healthcare to drive their success.
