Liby Hansen is a seasoned healthcare and benefits executive with more than 30 years of experience in insurance and worksite benefits. Her career spans both the broker and insurance carrier consulting sides, where she has specialized in developing and implementing innovative, employee-centered solutions that improve access to care, enhance member outcomes, and drive cost efficiencies for organizations.

In addition to her direct benefits experience, Hansen brings strong strategic and communications skills to patient services. As former President of a marketing and communications company she founded in 1997, she has led grassroots mobilization and outreach initiatives that have successfully engaged diverse stakeholders—skills she now applies to patient engagement, education, and outcomes management in integrative healthcare settings.

She now joins National Integrative Health (Des Moines, Iowa) as Executive Vice President of Patient Services. In this role, she leads initiatives focused on individualized, data-driven patient interventions, clinical claims and outcomes management, care access, and cost efficiency for self-funded employers, TPAs, and carriers.

A proud career military spouse and parent of an active-duty Marine Officer, Hansen resides in Vero Beach, Florida. Her personal background and decades of professional dedication reflect a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through comprehensive, compassionate healthcare and benefits solutions.
