Isabella “Izzy” Walles serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO at National Integrative Health, bringing over a decade of experience in healthcare operations, clinical support, and executive administration. In her role, she works closely with the CEO and senior leadership to manage priorities, coordinate strategic initiatives, and support the organization’s day-to-day executive operations.

Izzy acts as a key point of contact for internal teams as well as external partners, clients, and stakeholders, helping ensure communication and projects move forward efficiently. Her background in healthcare operations allows her to approach executive support with a strong understanding of clinical environments, compliance, and organizational workflow.

Known for her proactive mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Izzy plays an integral role in keeping leadership initiatives organized and progressing smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, as well as with family and friends.
