Erin Ulrich, PhD

Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations

Dr. Erin Ulrich has spent 20 years in pharmacy, spanning clinical practice, academia, and administration. She earned her M.S. in Pharmaceutical Socioeconomics from the University of Iowa and her Ph.D. in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Michigan, and served as faculty at Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

During her 12 years as an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Law & Ethics at Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Dr. Ulrich consulted nationwide—assisting health plans with data analytics, helping pharmacies implement non-dispensing revenue streams, and supporting pharmacy associations in large-scale practice transformation to expand pharmacists’ scope of practice at both the state and national levels.

In her current role as Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, Dr. Ulrich oversees the Pharmacy Services division and analytics team.
