Alyssa Willis is the Chief of Staff at National Integrative Health, where she plays a central role in driving organizational alignment, people operations, and strategic partnerships. Alyssa’s daily priorities shape internal processes, managing partnerships and cross‑functional leadership, ensuring clarity, momentum, and collaboration as the company evolves.

She has spent over the past decade in the brokerage space and human resources management. Her education is in Human Resource Management and Organizational leadership.

Outside of work, she loves exploring new restaurants, spending quality time with her husband Greg, their son Elliott, and their two dogs. Whether dining out, enjoying family time, or unwinding with her pets, she values connection, good food and wine, and creating meaningful experiences with friends and family.
