Joshua Ridgeway is a healthcare strategist and operator with a proven track record of building and scaling cost-saving solutions for employers. As Chief Operating Officer at National Integrative Health, he leads the operational execution and growth of the company’s pharmacy procurement and clinical programs, working closely with partners, PBMs, stop-loss carriers, and plan sponsors to drive successful implementation and long-term performance.

Prior to NIH, Joshua was Co-Founder and COO of Rx-Precision, a genetics-based healthcare company that pioneered one of the first Genetic Benefit Management platforms, helping bring personalized medicine into the self-insured market. He also founded National Health Advisors, where he helped employers design self-insured health plans that reduce costs, improve retention, and simplify benefit management.
